Founded in Singapore in 2012, Intersections is interested in artworks which tell a story and crystallize encounters between different art forms. Intersections represents artists based in Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on contemporary Burmese art.
Founded in Singapore in November 2012, Intersections’ mission is to bridge cultures through art. Located on the ground floor of a shophouse in Kandahar Street the gallery space provides easy access for the unsuspecting passer-by to an encounter with art and culture. A mission that is depicted in our logo of two intersecting shapes, we open our space with an eclectic and purposeful exhibition of French, Singaporean, and Myanmar artists.
